Sending by Multiple Transmissions

Usethisfunctiontosendseveraldifferentfaxestoseveraldestinationsatonce.For example, you can automatically fax “Document A” to one destination and “Document B”toanotherdestination.

ThisisnottobeconfusedwithBroadcasting,whichissendingthesamedocument(s) tomanydestinations.

Ifyouwish,youcancombinethisfunctionwithbroadcastingsoyoucanfaxdifferent documentstodifferentlistsofpeopleatthesametime.Todothis,storevarioussets of documents in memory. Then automatically your machine will fax “Document A” to onelistofpeopleand“DocumentB”toanotherlistofpeople.Youcanpreset3different documents(includingtimertransmission)inmemory;ifyousetonetimertransmission, multipletransmissionsareavailablefortwootherdestinations.

If you press only Super Q.Scan instead of Shift + Super Q.Scan for the last document,yourmachinewillstartdialingwithoutwaitingfor30seconds.
