BASIC SETUP TO RECEIVE FAXES RECEIVING FAXES AND OTHER CALLS

Recording an F/T Outgoing Message (OGM) (Only for MFC 6550MC/7550MC)

You can store an outgoing message in your machine so callers know what to do. For example, you can leave a message that says:

“Hi,Icannotansweryourcallrightnow;pleasecallmeagainlater.Ifyousendafax, pleasewaituntilyouhearafaxtoneandthenpresstheStartkey,orpress(*51)and presstheStartkey.”

NOTE: The caller can not leave an incoming message in this mode.
