Step 8 Connect the speaker cables using the following markings and colors on the codec:

•A single dot on a green background indicates a center speaker.

•Two dots on a white background indicate a left speaker.

•Three dots on a red background indicate a right speaker. Figure 8-9shows the speaker cabling. Left and right are reversed.
