Call forward
configurable
display
Allows you to specify information that
appears on a phone when a call is
forwarded. This information can include the
caller name, caller number, redirected
number, and original dialed number.

Call forward
destination override
Allows you to override Call Forward All
(CFA) in cases where the CFA target places
a call to the CFA initiator. This allows the
CFA target to reach the CFA initiator for
important calls. The override works
whether the CFA target phone number is
internal or external.

Call park Allows a user to park (temporarily store) a
call and then retrieve the call by using
another phone in the Cisco Unified
CallManager system.

Call pickup Allows a user to redirect a call that is
ringing on another phone to his/her own
