By default, the specification uncertainty limit is set at ±4.0%, which will avoid false Fail/Caution results over the entire range of specified process conditions. If you observe a structural integrity variation greater than 4% due to normal process conditions, you may adjust the specification uncertainty limit to match your process variation.
