TRANSFERRING TO A STATION IN

Transferring to a Station in Do-Not-Disturb

Procedure

To transfer a caller to a do-not-disturb station:

 

 

1 When you answer a call to be transferred, dial the

 

 

station number to which you want to transfer the call.

 

 

2 You see the following display and hear reorder tone

 

 

(like a fast busy signal.) The display indicates that the

 

 

first party (in this example, station 1102) is on hold at

 

 

CAP2 and the second party, who is in the

 

 

do-not-disturb state (station 3196), is at CAP1:

3The display indicates the first party (station 1102) is on hold on CAP 2, and the second party (station 3196), (in the do-not-disturb state), is on CAP 1.

4Press the CAP representing the caller on hold.

5Press <JOIN>.

6Press <OVR>.

7Dial the station number.
