ThinkPad EasyServ is a courier repair service for IBM mobil products whereby your ThinkPad computer will be picked up, IBM for repair, and then returned to the location of you service is available at no additional charge during the li warranty period. Most computers can be repaired the day arrive at the IBM repair location.
