Disabling the TrackPoint

A mouse other than an IBM PS/2 Miniature mouse require the

TrackPoint to be disabled before you can use them.

To disable the TrackPoint:

For Windows 95:

1Start the ThinkPad Configuration program.

See “ThinkPad Configuration Program” on page 24.

Click on theTrackPoint ( ) button.

Click onDisable for the TrackPoint.

These changes become effective when computer power is turned off and then on again.

For Windows NT, Windows 3.1, and OS/2:
