Troubleshooting 5-15

If the paper has jammed inside the duplex unit, as shown in C, lift the

duplex unit and remove the paper by holding it in the middle.

4Close the front cover.

Paper Jam at Cassette 2 (to 4)

Paper is jammed at the paper cassette. Remove the jammed paper using

the procedure given below.

Pull out the paper feeder and remove the jammed paper.
