Loading paper and specialty media

4Squeeze and slide the secondary length guide to the correct position for the paper size you are loading.

5Flex the sheets back and forth to loosen them. Do not fold or crease the paper. Straighten the edges on a level surface.

6Load the paper stack with the recommended printable side faceup.

Notes:

•Load envelopes with the stamp side entering the printer first.

•Make sure the paper does not exceed the maximum paper fill indicator located on the side of the width guide.
