Using the MFP menus

Speaker Settings

Menu item	Purpose	Values and descriptions
Speaker Mode	Specifies how long the speaker	Always Off	The speaker is set off.

Single Ring	Answers calls with a one ring pattern.	On*	The one ring pattern is set on.

Double Ring	Answers calls with a double ring	On*	The double ring pattern is set on.

Fax Server Setup

Reply Address		text entry field	This field is required.

Subject		text entry field

Message		text entry field	The text entry field is limited to 512
			characters.

Primary SMTP		value in text	Links to a Primary SMTP Gateway in E-mail

Secondary SMTP		value in text	Links to a Secondary SMTP Gateway in
