If you use Internet Explorer 7, you know that the Address Bar presents matching Web addresses from your history as you type. However, you have to type the same beginning of the Web address to display the same
to delete an entry if you’ve mistyped it. In Internet Explorer 8, the Smart Address Bar makes navigation easier by providing matches from your History, Favorites, and Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Feeds as you type, and it searches against all parts of the Web
The Find on this Page Toolbar
The Find dialog box in Internet Explorer 7 helps you locate specific content on a Web page, but it can sometimes obscure the page itself. In Internet Explorer 8, we’ve changed the dialog box into a toolbar so that it doesn’t hide any of the content on the page. This toolbar is also linked to the Internet Explorer 8 Search box, so you can first find a specific Web page and then find the desired text on the page.
