Installing the CallPilot 5.0 image
The CallPilot 5.0 software comes preinstalled from the factory. If the installed image becomes corrupted, perform this procedure to install the CallPilot 5.0 image again.
Installing the CallPilot 5.0 image
Step Action
1Insert the CallPilot Image DVD for the platform type you are recovering into the DVD drive.
2Using the button on the front panel of the server, power the server off, and then power it back on.
3Select 1. Install CallPilot 5.0 [server model] server image and exit to DOS (recommended), and then press Enter.
A message appears, asking if you are upgrading to CallPilot 5.0 from a previous release.
4Type N.
A message appears, asking if you want to continue and overwrite all of the data on the system.
5Type Y.
The imaging program automatically installs a fresh image of the operating system, CallPilot software, and additional
