Closing a Mailbox

Speed access no. 04.

!A mailbox must be empty before it can be closed.

To close a mailbox:

1Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.

2Input speed access no. 04. Wait.

3Enter the number of the personal mailbox you are working with. Press Enter.

4Press or to select Close. Press Enter.

5At Close Box?, press Enter.

6At Password, enter the 4-digit numeric password. Press Enter.

7Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.

!If the message Invalid Operation is displayed, the mailbox selected contains one or more messages. The mailbox must be empty before a change can be made.
