They are called two-digit because you access them by entering their two-digit space designation.

3-Digit Speed Dial Numbers

The spaces for 3-Digit Speed Dials vary by model.

100 to 140 (Model 5780)

100 to 230 (Model 5980).

They are called three-digit because you access them by entering their three-digit space designation.

Group Faxing

Speed dial numbers can be collected into a group. You can quickly and easily use a group to send one fax to several locations during one transmission session. This is called group faxing.
