Status of Relay Broadcast Report

Your machine [relay key station (hub)] can send a confirmation report to the relay initiating station when the relay fax session is complete.

This confirmation report is called the Relay Broadcast Report.

For your machine to send the report, the telephone number of the relay initiating station must be programmed into the Relay Report Number location. This number is programmed into the relay initiating station.

!Be sure to program the number in the format the relay key station uses for dialing. For example, be sure to include the access digit, if required.

The Relay Broadcast Report shows:

·the page count of the original fax

·the total time spent to communicate with all destination machines

·the location identification of each destination machine the relay key station (hub) communicated with during the relay fax session

·the page count of each fax sent to each destination machine

·the results of each destination fax session
