Printing Polling Documents in Memory

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press toselectPrint from Memory. PressEnter.

3Press toselectPrint Personal Box. PressEnter.

4Enter the personal mailbox number (1-16) holding the document. Press Enter.

5The message prints. Then, the machine returns to standby.

Tips:

1)If no message is stored in the personal mailbox, No Data in Memory displays.

2)If you want to delete a message without printing it, after inputting the mailbox number and pressing Enter, press the Stop key to stop the printing process. The message

Print Personal Box Memory Cancel? displays. Press Enter and the fax will be deleted without printing.
