Telephone Directory

This report provides a complete listing of all of the telephone numbers programmed into your machine’s Speed Dial numbers. The information includes:

·The Location ID and main fax number for each One- Touch key and 2- and 3-digit Speed Dial number.

·The alternate number (OR) for each One-Touch key.

·The parameter settings for each One-Touch key.

Printing the Telephone Directory

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press or to select Report Print. Press Enter.

3Press or until the report you want appears on the display. Press Enter.

4Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
