Activity Report

This report provides a record of your machine’s last 50 communications.

Information provided on this report includes:

·The total amount of time your machine spent sending faxes and the total amount of time spent receiving faxes.

·The date, time and duration (S,R-TIME) of each transmission or reception.

·The name or telephone number of the fax machine you were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID).

·The communication mode used.

·The number of pages.

·The result.

·Service codes.

·Department codes (D.CODE) when the Department Code Setting (Speed Access Number 6) is set to ON.

Printing the Activity Report

!The Activity Report automatically prints after your machine completes 50 communications.

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press or to select Report Print. Press Enter.

3Press or until the report you want appears on the display. Press Enter.

4Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
