Broadcast Confirmation Report

Use this report to confirm the results of a multiple-location transmission ( broadcast). Information provided on this report includes:

·The date and time at which the broadcast started.

·The total amount of time used to complete the broadcast.

·For each location, the Location ID, the number of pages sent and the result of the communication.

·Department codes (D.CODE) when the Department Code Setting (Speed Access Number 6) is set to ON.

Printing the Broadcast Confirmation Report

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press or to select Report Print. Press Enter.

3Press or until the report you want appears on the display. Press Enter.

4Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
