Relay Entry Report

!This report is only available on the OKIFAX 5980.

Your machine can print a report of the locations programmed in a Relay Broadcast Mailbox.

This report is called the Relay Entry Report.

To print the Relay Entry Report, you must know the number (01 to 16) of the Relay Broadcast Mailbox.

The Relay Entry Report shows:

·date and time the report was printed

·the box number

·the description (Location ID) of each location (contact number) programmed in the relay broadcast.

Printing the Relay Entry Report

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press or to select Report Print. Press Enter.

3Press or to select Box Information. Press Enter.

4Press or until Relay Entry Report is selected. Press Enter.

5Enter the number of the mailbox you want a report for. Press Enter.

6Enter the Personal Box No. which is assigned for Relay Broadcast.

7Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
