Active Memory Files Report

This report provides a list of all messages stored in your machine’s memory, including documents waiting for transmission and documents which have been received and not yet printed.

Information provided on this report includes:

·The date and time at which the message was scanned into memory for transmission.

·The name or telephone number of the machine you were communicating with

·The communication mode used for each transmission or reception.

·The number of pages.

·The result.

·Department codes (D.CODE) when the Department Code Setting (Speed Access Number 6) is set to ON.

Printing the Active Memory Files Report

1Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.

2Press  or to select Report Print. Press Enter.

3Press  or until the report you want appears on the display. Press Enter.

4Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
