VIEWING MESSAGE DETAILS
To view details about an event:
1.Do one of the following:
•Message: Within 5 seconds, click the message. The Received Message window appears. The event appears in the event report list.
•Emergency Agent menu:
(1)On the Windows task bar, click Pelco 
.
(2)On the Emergency Agent menu, click Check Message Box. The Received Message window appears.
2.Click a message. Details about the event appears in the message area.

SEARCHING FOR AN EVENT
To search for a logged event:
1.On the Windows task bar, click Pelco 
.
2.On the Emergency Agent menu, click Check Message Box.
3.On the Received Messages toolbar, click Search 
. The Message Search dialog box appears.
