To transfer address book entries between systems:
1. Click Connect and enter the IP address of the system with the address book
entries you want to transfer.
2. Click Disconnect, then click Connect and enter the IP address of the new
system.
3. Click No when prompted to delete the entries currently loaded in the utility.
If the system you are transferring to is multipoint-enabled, select the Include multisite
entries option, to upload multisite entries.
4. Click Upload to send all address book entries to the new system.
Maintaining address book files on your PC
You can develop address books with the utility even when you are not connected
to a video conferencing system. Once you have finished working with entries in
the utility, you can save the entries as a .csv file to your PC and distribute the
entries to your organization’s systems at a later time.
To save address book files to your PC:
1. Update the address book entries as required.
2. Click Save As... and save the file to a location on your PC.
To upload a previously-saved file:
1. Click Open File..., browse to the file on your PC, then click Open.
2. Click Connect and enter the system IP address and password, if required, to
connect to the system.
3. Click Upload to distribute all address book files to the system.
