Document Camera or Other Additional Camera

Besides the main camera for your system, you can connect a document camera as

well as an additional pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) camera to the ViewStationFX or

VS4000; you can connect only a stationary second camera to the ViewStationEX.

The enhanced VS4000 allows you to designate any camera input as the primary

camera.

Ensure that the system is powered off before you connect cameras. If you connect a PTZ
camera while the system is powered on, the system may not be able to control the camera.

To connect a document camera:

To a ViewStationEX or ViewStation FX: To a VS4000 system:
Connect an S-video cable to the document
camera and to the camera 2 connector on
the rear panel of the system.

camera and to the camera 2 connector on
the rear panel of the system.
