6.7 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE (CONT’D)
Symptom: Print position is misaligned

	No.	What to check	Remedy

	1	Are the paper and carbon ribbon	Fix the paper and carbon ribbon securely. Also,
		set correctly?	release the head-open lever of the printer head
		set correctly?	unit, then set the paper and carbon ribbon to the
			unit, then set the paper and carbon ribbon to the
			normal position again. Finally, latch the print head
			back in place.

	2	Is the platen roller dirty?	If the platen roller is dirty, wipe off the dirt with the
			supplied cleaning set.
