Sending an Image Using a Rapid Key or Speed Dial Number

3 If the destination is an e-mail destination and you wish to enter a message, or change the sender name or e-mail address, or select the file

format for the document, press WITHIN 5 SECONDS after pressing the Rapid Key in Step 2.

(After 5 seconds, the document will be scanned and transmitted using the settings that were stored in the Rapid Key.)

and compression (G3, G4 or NO COMPRESSION), and then press ENTER

Use the letter entry keys to enter a message (maximum of 256 characters).
