Definition of channels (Ch1 to Ch4):

Ch1: EMF phase U to neutral point

Ch2: EMF phase V to neutral point

Ch3: EMF phase W to neutral point

Ch4: Standardized electrical rotor position via DAC measuring signal

Note

If you select the measuring signal "Standardized, electrical rotor position", the SHIFT factor must be set to 8 and the offset value to – 2.5 V.

When the drive is synchronized, the difference between the EMF phase U and the electrical rotor position must not exceed 10°.

If the difference is greater than this value, the position of the zero mark must be shifted using software via MD 1016 "COMMUTATION_ANGLE_OFFSET".
