8.15AT^SPLR Read entry from the preferred operators list

The AT^SPLR write command returns used entries from the SIM list of preferred operators with <indexa> between <index1> and <index2>. If <index2> is not given, only entry at <index1> is returned. The test com- mand returns the whole index range supported by the SIM.

Index range supported by the SIM card (between <index1> and <index2>)
