settings.
Submenu setting Description

To Displays or allows you to set the e-mail addressof the e-mailalert
recipient.
CC Displaysor allows y out o set the e-mailaddress of the e-mail alert
“copyto”recipient.
From Displays or allows you to set t hee-mail address of the user who
sendst hee-mail alert.
Subject Displays or allows you to set the e-mailalert subject.
OutgoingSMTP server Displays or allows you to set the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol
(SMTP)server that you use on your network.
Username Displays or allows y out o set the SMTP server user name.
Password Displays or allows you to s et the SMTP server password.
AlertC ondition Sendse-mail alerts wheneverLamp Warning,Low Lamp Life,
TemperatureWarning and Fan Lock conditionsoccur. Select the
settings you want, and thenclic k Submit.

Theprojector sends an alerte-mail (SMART Alert) to your e-mail
address.Clic k E-mail Alert Test to confirm that your e-mail
addressand SMTP serversettings are correctby sending atest
e-mail(SMART Alert-Test Mail).
If the settings are not correct, the e-mailalert messages aren’t sent
orreceived successfully and now arningor notification messageare
availableto advise of this s tate.
Passwordsettings
This menuprovides a security function that allows an administratorto manage projectoruse and
enablethe AdministratorPass wordfunction.
Submenu setting Description
Password When the passwordf unctionis enabled,the administrator password
is requiredto access Web Management. Select Disable to allow
remoteweb managementof the projector without requiringa
password.
