Test Menu

The Test Menu allows you to print the test pattern, current menu settings, and printer information.

TestPrint is a built-in feature that allows you to check printer operations. To print a TestPrint:

1.Check that “Ready” appears on the display and the DATA light is off.

Tray2: Letter Not Ready

Tray1: A4 Not Ready

Tray1: A4 Test Menu

Tray1: A4 TestPrint

Tray1: A4 Not Ready

2.Press ONLINE to go offline.

3.Press TRAY, and select a tray as the paper feed source for the test print.

4.Press the MENU key.

5. Press the key to enter Test Menu.

6.Press the ENTER key to begin printing.

7.When the test print is complete, press the ONLINE key to return to nor- mal operations.
