Cleaning the Paper Discharger
Use dry soft cotton cloth and a cotton swab to clean the transfer roller following the procedure below.
1. Turn off and unplug the printer.
2. Open the back cover of the printer.
3. Remove the paper discharger by slid- ing it to the left, then lifting it out of its cradle on the right side.
4. Use a dry cotton cloth to remove any dust or toner on the exterior of the discharger.
5. Use a dry cotton swab to clean the paper discharger wire and the interior of the discharger.
6.Reinstall the paper discharger by inserting the left end of the paper discharger into the cradle, and then lowering the right side until it is fully seated.
7.Close the rear cover and plug in the printer power cord.
