4.To determine if the margins need adjustment:

a.Hold the page up to the light to see if the margin on the front and back sides align.

b.Use the page’s top- and left-margin gauges to note how much the alignment is off.

5.Adjust the left margin:

a.In the Calibrate Margins menu, scroll to Adjust Left Margin. Press Menu.

Adjust Left Margin:+0 <--- ---> OK

b. Enter the amount of adjustment from Step 4 (press <---or --->to increase or decrease the amount); press OK.

6. Adjust the top margin:

a. Scroll to Adjust Top Margin. Press Menu.

Adjust Top Margin:+0

<--- ---> OK

b.Enter the amount of adjustment from Step 4 (press <---or --->to increase or decrease the amount); press OK.

7.Reprint the calibration page to confirm the adjustment.
