messages are described below.

Laser Fault Laser malfunction
Inlet Pressure Fault Inlet pressure is too high/low
Vacuum Fault Vacuum pressure is too high/low
Nozzle Fault Flow obstruction exists
Absolute Pressure

Barometric pressure is outside the operating
range
Optics Temp Fault Optics temperature is out of range
Growth Tube Temp

Growth Tube temperature is out of range
Conditioner Temp

Conditioner temperature is out of range
Separator Temp Fault Separator temperature is out of range
