ILIM	program an	upper limit on subsequent programming of current
	settings for the Power Module.
	Syntax	ILIM <ch>,<value>
	Parameters	the number of the Power Module to be programmed.
		the value to become the new upper limit for ISET
		programming. The upper value of the programmed
		value is IMAX.

ILIM?	return the current value of the upper limit on ISET programming. The
	response is a <value>.
	Syntax	ILIM? <ch>
	Parameters	the number of the channel to be queried.

ILOAD?	return output	current measurement of the Power Module. The
	response is a <value> (same as the IOUT? query).
	Syntax	ILOAD? <ch>
	Parameters	the number of the channel to be queried.

ILOW	program the lower window warning level for the output current of the
	Power Module.
	Syntax	ILOW <ch>,<value>
	Parameters	the number of the Power Module to be programmed.
		the value to be set as the lower window warning
		level for the output current. The upper limit of the
		programmed value is ISET.
