1. Create the Document
Documents for printing are created on your PC or Workstation using a software application. For example, MicroSoft Word and MicroSoft PowerPoint are widely used document creation applications.
NOTE: If your print requirements involve printing particularly large print jobs you may need to purchase additional memory cards for your WorkCentre Pro 421.
2. Select Print
Select [Print] from the [File] menu in your application.
The application Print window displays.
Select the WorkCentre Pro 421 as your printer.
