¾ Using the numeric keypad,
enter the fax number.
If a character is normally dialed
before the telephone number,
for example 9 for an outside
line, a pause might need to be
entered after this character -
select [Dial Pause] on the
control panel before continuing
to enter the fax number.
NOTE: Dial Pause is displayed
as a dash. When using manual
dialling, the Dial Pause
character is not required;
instead wait for the outside line

The Fax Job Monitor pop-up window will be displayed. This shows information about the fax job.

The Document Centre scans the images and places them in its memory.
