Troubleshooting

Standard Control Panel

If the printer is not functioning properly, refer to the chart below to find the state of the two LEDs on the Control Panel. Then refer to the Troubleshooting topic referenced in the chart to resolve the problem.

Green LED

Power Button

Press to turn unit on. Press again to turn unit off

Yellow LED

Feed Button

Press to advance the media one blank label or a software determined length of journal media.

Function Button

Specific functions are under printer application control.
