G. HEAT ROLLERS: Silicone rubber coated steel tubes heat the laminating film and compress the heated film to the items being laminated. Heat is provided by an internal heating element. The heat rollers are motor driven for ease of loading new film (Figure 4).
H. IDLER BAR: The idler bars, located near each supply roll, are used to direct the film to the heat rollers. The bottom Idler Bar is movable to ease film loading (Figure 4).
I. PULL ROLLERS: The pull rollers, located at the back of the laminator, are motor driven. They simultaneously pull the film and improve the quality of the laminated item (Figure 4).
J. CIRCUIT BREAKER: Electrical safety device, located on the back of the laminator near the power cord, can be reset by the operator if tripped (Figure 5).
WARNING: If the breaker trips a second time after
being reset, contact your local GBC Technical Representative or dealer/ distributor for assistance.
K. FILM SHAFT: The film shaft holds the film supply on the machine,
(Figure 6).
L. LOCKING CORE ADAPTORS:
Hold and lock the rolls of film on the shafts to prevent side to side shifting, (Figure 6).
M. FILM WEB: Laminating film loaded into the machine.
G. RULLI DI RISCALDAMENTO: Tubi di acciaio rivestiti in gomma al silicone. Utilizzati per riscaldare il film di plastificazione e far aderire il film riscaldato sugli articoli da plastificare. Il calore viene fornito da una resistenza interna ad infrarosso. I rulli di riscaldamento sono azionati a motore per facilitare il caricamento di nuovo film (Figura 4).
H. ASTA FOLLE: Le aste folli, poste accanto a ciascuna bobina vengono utilizzate per orientare il film verso i rulli di riscaldamento. L’asta folle inferiore è mobile per facilitare il caricamento del film (Figura 4).
I. RULLI TENDITORI: I rulli tenditori, posti sulla parte posteriore della plastificatrice sono azionati a motore. Essi tirano simultaneamente il film migliorando la qualità dell’articolo plastificato (Figura 4).
J. INTERRUTTORE AUTOMATICO: Se si è disinnestato, questo dispositivo elettrico di protezione, posto sul retro della plastificatrice accanto al cavo di alimentazione, può essere ripristinato dall’operatore. (Figura 5).
ATTENZIONE: Se l’interruttore si disinnesta
una seconda volta dopo essere stato ripristinato, contattare il tecnico GBC del rappresentante locale/distributore.
K. ALBERO DEL FILM: L’albero del
film sostiene la bobina sulla
macchina (Figura 6).
L. BLOCCAGGIO DEI RULLI:
Adattatori che trattengono le bobine di film sugli alberi per evitare che scivolino lateralmente (Figura 6).
M. VELO DEL FILM: Il film montato
sulla macchina.
