Eggs, large, at room	2
temperature
Crushed pineapple,	1 cup
undrained
Butter, softened	¼ cup
Sugar	¾ cup
Salt	½ tsp.
Coconut, grated	½ cup
All-purpose flour	2 cups
Double acting baking	1 tbsp.
