Document Jam

If the original document is jammed, follow the steps as below.

Control

Panel

1 Remove any paper from the document feeder that is not jammed. 2 Lift the control panel.

3 Pull the jammed document out toward the front of the MFC.

4 Close the control panel.

5 Press

Printer Jam or Paper Jam

Remove the jammed paper depending upon where it is jammed in the MFC.

Paper is jammed in the multi-purpose sheet feeder.

■Pull the jammed paper upward and remove it.
