2. Connect the Camera to the Network

Next, connect the camera. Connect the camera to the network by connecting the camera and PC via the hub with a LAN cable .

*Do not plug the AC cable power plug into the wall socket yet.

Turning the Power ON and OFF

The VB-C50Fi itself does not have a power switch. You can switch the VB-C50Fi on by plugging the AC adapter into a wall outlet. The LED flashes when the VB-C50Fi is communicating. When the power supply is turned ON, the LED momentarily flashes.

Wait at least 5 seconds before turning the power back on after shutting it off. Turning it on too quickly may result in a malfunction. Observe the precautions given in “a

If the picture recording function is being used, shutting off the power or restarting the VB-C50Fi will cause all pictures to be deleted.

The network connection is now complete.
