Cisco IP SoftPhone

Cisco IP SoftPhone is a desktop application that turns a computer into a full-feature telephone, with call tracking and one-click dialing from online directories. By combining the Cisco IP SoftPhone with a Cisco IP phone, calls can be placed, received, and controlled from a desktop PC.
