Key Features
Cisco CallManager Attendant Console includes the following key features:
•Loop keys— Provides for simultaneous management of all lines available on the associated IP phone.
•Line status—Displays icons to show these line states:
–Handset with 3 dashes—The line is idle.
–Handset with up arrow—A call is ringing on the line.
–Handset with down arrow—The line has a call on hold.
–Handset with two-way arrows—The line is busy.
–Handset with question mark—The line state is unknown.
•Toolbar—Provides configurable function keys for logging in or out, for answering and releasing calls, and for other call handling tasks.
•Speed-dial buttons—Provides unlimited programmable buttons for placing calls and monitoring phone status for speed-dial lines. Tabs provide for grouping speed-dial lines.
•Directory view—Provides a line status record for every line appearance in the Cisco CallManager cluster. Searchable by last name, first name, extension, and department. Uses the same line status indicators.
•Headset capability—Uses the same headset requirements of the Cisco IP phones.
•Drag and drop operation—Provides quick call management by dragging the call to the directory number for transferring the call.
•Keyboard shortcuts—Used as an alternative to mouse operations.
