32 hunt groups (pilot numbers) per Cisco CallManager cluster.

 

16 hunt group members per hunt group.

 

As many call loops per CallManager Attendant Console as configured

 

on the controlled IP phone device.

 

Any loop can be a hunt group member.

 

96 Cisco CallManager Attendant Consoles per cluster.

 

Maximum of 512 simultaneous calls (32 hunt groups, each with 16

 

members) on as many as 96 configured CallManager Attendant

 

Consoles.

 

 

Administration

System device configuration and operation through a web interface;

 

there are no operator applications to install at each operator’s PC.

 

 

Redundancy

Multiple operators can be assigned to the same loop/pilot. The operator

 

monitors the same lines. If an operator station fails or is off line, the calls

 

are distributed to all other operators with the same loops.

 

 

Server Component

Is Installed on the SPE running Cisco CallManager 3.1(x) and 3.2(x).
