Cisco IP Conference Station 7935

The Cisco IP Conference Station 7935 is designed for voice conferencing over an IP network, and is used in offices and in small- to medium-sized conference rooms. The IP Conference Station provides basic business conferencing features and functions such as conferencing multiple callers, holding or transferring a call, and muting the microphone. The IP Conference Station replaces a traditional analog conferencing unit on an IP telephony network.

The IP Conference Station has three microphones, which allow conference participants to move around while speaking. In addition to the regular dialing pad, the conference station provides three soft keys and menu navigation keys that guide a user through call features and functions. The LCD display shows time and date, calling party name and number, the digits the user dialed, and the feature and line status as shown in Figure 6-4.
