Cisco MGM Server Audit Messages

Audit Message	AUD-207: Rejected a user login from IP address IP_address, port
number.
Audit Message	AUD-208: User username logged out from IP address IP_address, port
number.
Audit Message	AUD-209: NE ID reported.
Audit Message	AUD-2000: Cisco MGM successfully contacted NE: name.
Audit Message	AUD-2001: Cisco MGM was unable to contact NE: name.

Recommended Action Check network connectivity. Log into the Cisco MGM client with SuperUser privileges and choose Administration > Error Log. Use the Error Log to debug the problem.

Audit Message	AUD-2002: New node discovered and added to the database: Node IP:
IP_address Node	ID: ID.
Audit Message	AUD-2005: New system ID: system_ID of NE: IP_address conflicts
with the system	ID of an existing NE.

Explanation The new system ID configured on the NE is not unique. An existing NE already has this ID, which was configured on the device side.

Recommended Action On the device side, change the host name of the misconfigured NE to a unique host name.

Audit Message AUD-2006: NE's IP address: IP_address has been reassigned to a

different NE. Identifiers_of_the_two_NEs.

Explanation The IP address of an existing NE was assigned to another NE. This can occur if you take an existing NE offline and assign its IP address to another NE.

Recommended Action Delete the offline NE from Cisco MGM; then, add the other NE to

Cisco MGM.
