Cisco MGM Client Error and Warning Messages

Error Message EID-932: Failed to route circuit.

Recommended Action The server is not ready. Wait several minutes; then, reopen the Circuit wizard and try again.

Error Message EID-934: Failed to add drops.

Recommended Action The underlying circuit might have been deleted. Reopen the Circuit wizard and try again.

Error Message EID-935: Failed to set the circuit end points for editing.

Recommended Action Source or destination end points are already in use. Reopen the Circuit wizard and try again.

Error Message EID-936: Failed to retrieve the connection information.

Recommended Action Verify that there is at least one link between the selected nodes.

Error Message EID-937: Failed to retrieve the nodes in the working and protect paths.

Recommended Action Verify that the nodes are in service in the Domain Explorer.

Error Message EID-938: Failed to retrieve the links in the working path.

Recommended Action Verify that there are links in the working path and that the nodes are in service.

Error Message EID-939: Failed to retrieve the links in the protect path.

Recommended Action Verify that there are links in the protect path and that the nodes are in service.

Error Message EID-940: Invalid circuit attributes. Select a circuit with valid attributes.

Recommended Action Select a circuit with a valid source and destination and an active state.

Error Message EID-941: Cannot launch trace report because the source and destination are the same.

Recommended Action The trace report shows both the primary and the secondary routes that are taken by the circuit. Because the source and destination are the same, there is no route.
