Cisco MGM Client Error and Warning Messages

Error Message EID-331: Error occurred. Table will be closed.

Recommended Action Restart the Cisco MGM client and retry.

Error Message EID-332: Exception while creating metadata for object.

Recommended Action Restart the Cisco MGM client and retry.

Error Message EID-333: Database timeout occurred. Reduce the scope of the query or increase the timeout.

Recommended Action Your database query is too broad. Reduce the scope of the query or increase the timeout by editing the DB_Query_Timeout_Seconds parameter in the config/ems-client.cfg file. The default timeout is 60 seconds.

Error Message EID-340: The end ID must be greater than the start ID. Enter an end ID value that is greater than the start ID value.

Recommended Action Enter an end ID value that is greater than the start ID value; then, click OK to filter the data.

Error Message EID-341: The start/end IDs must be valid values. Enter valid values.

Recommended Action Enter valid values for starting and ending IDs.

Error Message EID-343: This network partition is not associated with a network element.

Recommended Action Restart the Cisco MGM client and retry.

Error Message EID-344: Cannot delete the last network partition.

Recommended Action At least one network partition must be present. Do not delete this last network partition.

Error Message EID-345: The exported data contains the separator character. Select another separator or check the check box to enclose text in double quotes if it includes the separator.

Recommended Action Choose another separator or check the Enclose text in double quotes check box.

Error Message EID-350: Database error: Cannot unlock the user.

Recommended Action Retry the unlock operation.
