Cisco MGM Server Error Messages

Error Message EID-828: There are no M-cards in the topology.

Recommended Action Check whether all the ML-series cards are present and try again. If the problem persists, contact Cisco technical support.

Error Message EID-902: Cannot allocate memory.

Recommended Action Increase the available memory or swap space on the server workstation and restart the application.

Error Message EID-903: Cannot find table element.

Recommended Action This is an internal CLI parser error; no action is required.

Error Message EID-904: Entry already present in the table.

Recommended Action This is an internal CLI parser error; no action is required.

Error Message EID-905: Invalid type in cfg_find_or_add.

Recommended Action This is an internal CLI parser error; no action is required.

Error Message EID-1101:Database_error_string.

Recommended Action The database error string describes the error in detail. If the Cisco MGM server fails to come up, check the Oracle username and password. For more information, refer to the Oracle’s documentation.

Recommended Action This is a generic internal error used for debugging purposes.

Recommended Action This is a generic internal error used for debugging purposes.

Error Message EID-1401: The OSI daemon osiamxd is not present.

Recommended Action The MGMServer.cfg file has been corrupted. The Open System

Interconnection (OSI) daemon osiamxd is missing. Reinstall the Cisco MGM server.

Error Message EID-2008: Exception string occurred while notifying main.

Recommended Action The internal TCP/IP communication channel has gone down. The Cisco MGM server will restart the service automatically.
